If you don't require daily pickup service or your pickup times are unpredictable, you can opt for on-call service and request package pickups from your office on an as-needed basis. On-call customers may schedule pickups online, or by calling the Customer Service Center.
When scheduling a pickup, you will be asked to make your packages available for a minimum of one-hour window within which our driver will arrive.
For example, to have packages picked up by 6:00 p.m., your shipment should be complete and ready for driver pickup by 5:00 p.m. The pickup window would be scheduled between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
GSO charges a $3.00 per-pickup fee for on-call service.
