GSO also offers the option of Remote Pickups, Third-Party Pickups and Second Pickups.

Remote Pickups

If you desire a package to be picked up off-site to be returned to your location, contact the GSO Customer Service Center and advise them of the address of the pickup and the pickup time requirement.

  • The shipment will be billed to your account
  • The shipment must possess a GSO tracking label with the correct delivery address to ensure pickup and delivery
  • There is an $8.00 minimum charge for remote pickup service
  • Shipping labels may be conveniently emailed to third-party recipients using GSO WebShip

Third-Party Pickups

Third Party pickups are requests to have a package picked up from a remote location and delivered to a third address.

  • Third-Party pickups are handled in the same manner as a remote pickup
  • There is an $8.00 minimum charge for Third-Party Pickup service
  • Shipping labels may be conveniently emailed to third-party recipients using GSO WebShip

Requesting Second Pickups

If you need an additional pickup after GSO driver collects your shipments, you may schedule a second pickup at no extra charge; you will only be charged for the packages you ship at your regular rate.

Simply call the Customer Service Center at 800-322-5555 and schedule a minimum of one-hour window for the pickup.
