Proof of Delivery
The consignee signature combined with the time of delivery is your Proof-of-Delivery (POD). The POD indicates that your shipment was received in good condition at the appropriate destination.
POD information is automatically uploaded to GSO's system through handheld scanning devices within minutes of delivery. POD information is then available at our tracking page or by contacting the GSO Customer Service Center.
Digital Signature Capture
Copies of digitally captured signatures can be sent to you via email or fax. Request signatures by contacting the GSO Customer Service Center at 800-322-5555.
