GSO is currently assessing a fuel surcharge of  21.75% for Priority Delivery Service (PDS) customers.

We are currently assessing a fuel surcharge of  9.5% for California Parcel Service (CPS) customers.

GSO uses an index-based priority fuel surcharge that is adjusted monthly. The surcharge is based on the average "California On-Highway Diesel Fuel Prices" as reported by the U.S. Department of Energy for the 4 weeks prior to the adjustment. Changes to the priority fuel surcharge are effective the first of each month and are posted approximately 1 week prior to the effective date.
