GSO provides parcel and freight delivery services in California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. We deliver to every address in California, Oregon, Washington and Idaho as well as the metropolitan areas of AZ, NV and NM.

The business needs of GSO's customers are constantly shifting and changing to adapt to ever-changing work environments. To help with this, GSO offers a range of convenient shipping options for Ground and Freight delivery, as well as Priority Overnight delivery for 40% less cost when compared to the National Carriers.

GSO provides pickup service Monday through Friday. We do not provide pickup or delivery service on certain Holidays as outlined in our Service Holiday Schedule.

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, with Saturday Delivery as requested. Pickup service is not available on Saturday. GSO does not provide pickup or delivery service on Sundays or Service Holidays.

GSO guarantees delivery of all packages by the published or quoted delivery time. If the package is delivered more than 10 minutes past the published or quoted time, GSO will, at its option, credit or refund the transportation charges to the shipper.

GSO package pickup options include scheduled service, On-Call service, and drop boxes.

GSO will collect funds on your behalf at the time of delivery. Please indicate your request for C.O.D. service by entering a C.O.D. amount in the appropriate field when preparing your shipping documents.
