GSO Priority Overnight (PDS) is over 40% less than the overnight services of UPS and FedEx.

Special handling fees are charged based on "Dimensional Weight" ("Dim Weight") when a package is relatively light compared to its volume. If the dimensional weight exceeds the actual weight, charges based on the dimensional weight will be assessed.

GSO charges accessorial fees for services beyond normal pickup and delivery. These charges include fees for address correction, inappropriate packaging etc.

Our liability for loss or damage to any package is limited to your actual damages or $100 (whichever is less), unless you pay for and declare a higher value.

GSO assesses a fuel surcharge as a percentage of Shipping charges and is applied to each package that is tendered for delivery.

An address correction fee will be applied to each package that is tendered for delivery with incorrect or incomplete address information.
