Declared Value

GSO's liability for loss or damage to any package is limited to actual damages or $100 (whichever is less), unless customers pay for and declare a higher value.

GSO customers may opt to pay an additional charge of .75 cents for each additional $100 of declared value. To declare a package contents value in excess of $100, please enter the dollar amount of value requested for the shipment.

Packages with a declared value over $10,000 must get approval from customer service. Please call 800-322-5555 for additional information.
